• Unit sleeps up to 8 people including children
• Three bedrooms-one bedroom upstairs with queen bed- bathroom & T.V. Main level- one bedroom with queen bed & T.V. & one bedroom with 2-twin beds
• Queen sofa sleeper, wood burning fireplace “in season” T.V.-DVD-VCR in living room
• Two spacious baths- both with tub and shower
• Kitchen with micro-wave, full size refrigerator, stove with oven, dishwasher, coffee-maker, toaster, pots & pans, dishes, cooking utensils, iron & barbeque grill
• Central air and gas heat
• All bed linens are supplied-No towels are provided. No maid service

POLICIES

• $25.00 per night additional charge for weekends (Fri-Sat) or a single nights stay.
• All rates subject to state and local taxes.
• DEPOSITS: $250.00 deposit is required on a stay of 4 days or longer. One day’s deposit is required for each room reserved on a daily basis.Telephone reservations are held 5 days-they are cancelled if no deposit is received. Deposit is applied to the last day of reservation. Your confirmed reservation will be for the total amount of people, including children, regardless of age.
• Extra persons - $50.00 per day.
• Cancellation policy: If you cancel your reservation, your deposit will not be refunded unless we are able to re-rent the unit for the full term of your reservation. In the event of a refund a $30.00 cancellation fee will be deducted.
• Important Friendly Reminders: No maid service or towels provided. Laundry facilities are available.
• Life preservers are provided for boats only, please bring your own for water usage.
• Please keep in mind there is limited parking for each unit, max. 2 cars.
• Age requirements: We cater to family groups and couples and cannot accept reservations for students. Individuals under the age of 25 will not be permitted to register and will lose their deposit. Any reservation made under a false pretense will result in loss of deposit.
• Overcrowding of units is strictly prohibited. The units are licensed to accommodate only the number of people for whom we have sleeping accommodations, including infants.
• An Important Reminder: All units are non-smoking. Smoking in the units will incur a minimum cleaning fee of $300.00.
• Check-in time is from 2:00P.M. to 6:00P.M. If arriving after 6:00P.M. you need to make advance arrangements with us.
• NO PETS ALLOWED. TO ASSURE YOU AND OUR GUESTS PRIVACY, NO GUESTS OR VISITORS ARE ALLOWED. PLEASE NO EXCEPTIONS.
